Q: Some questions

Some questions:
-BYOK should have arrived in Nov 2025; when will it come? And will Claude, OpenAI, Mistral EA be supported?
-What are AI vulnerability connector, AI Content suggester and custom AI model
-Can I exclude pages from translation
-Are translations shared across projects
-Is Bricks Builder supported
-Translations is that a word or a phrase ( they are counted as words). If a phrase is a slightly different phrase with the mostly the same words a new translation
-If I use my own BYOK for translations, will that count against my translation budget?
-Can I add my own translations by typing or importing already translated pages, and will that count against my translation budget?

Thank you,

A: Hi Nicolet,

Thank you for your questions!

* BYOK: We actually had BYOK implemented, but temporarily removed it due to some security considerations. It’s definitely on our roadmap, and I can assure you we’ll be bringing it back. It will support providers like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, and more.
* AI Vulnerability Detector / AI Content Suggester / Custom AI Model:
* AI Vulnerability Detector helps identify SEO and GEO issues on your translated pages, such as missing H1 tags, meta tags, and other optimization opportunities.
* AI Content Suggester recommends improved translations for selected content.
* Custom AI Model Settings let you define your website description, tone, audience, and other context so translations become more accurate and refined.
* Exclude Pages: Yes. You can exclude entire pages as well as specific elements within a page from translation.
* Bricks Builder: Yes. Our solution is universal and works with virtually any CMS or website builder. If you need any help with Bricks Builder, just contact us at [email protected], and we’ll help you get everything running.
* Words vs. Phrases: To be honest, I didn’t fully understand this question. Our system counts total translated words, not phrases.
* BYOK & Translation Budget: Yes. Once BYOK is available again, translations using your own API key will not consume your MultiLipi translation credits.
* Editing Existing Translations: Yes. We offer both a Visual Editor and a Side-by-Side Editor, allowing you to manually edit any translation. You can also import existing translations during migration with the help of our support team.

Thanks for your responses. Just one last question: I already have excellent translations on one of my sites. If I import those (around 60.000 words), will it count toward the translation budget or not?

No, imported translations won’t count against your translation budget.

The only thing it depends on is the extraction quality and how accurately our system can match and place the imported translations on your website. If needed, our support team will be happy to assist you with the migration process.
