Q: Will these issues be fixed? And what's the ETA?

After switching your website multilipi.com to any language other than English (for example, Finnish or German), the entire site breaks. Images disappear, texts and sections are missing, and the navigation/menu is broken. It doesn't inspire much confidence, especially when your own website doesn't work correctly.

On top of that, individual translations load very slowly. When switching languages, there is no loading spinner or any visual feedback, so it looks as if the language switcher isn't working at all.

Another concern is that your WordPress plugin has been closed in the official WordPress Plugin Repository. The repository currently displays the following message:

"This plugin has been closed as of August 4, 2026 and is not available for download."

Overall, that's quite a few red flags.

So, will these issues be fixed?

A: First of all, I’m really sorry for the experience, and thank you for taking the time to point these issues out.

Regarding our website, the issue was caused because we were testing a new visitor redirection update on our own site. We’ve now removed that test, and everything should be working normally again. Please feel free to check it once more.

Regarding the WordPress plugin, yes, it was temporarily closed. The reason was that we added a banner requesting ratings inside the plugin, which unintentionally violated the WordPress repository guidelines. We weren’t aware of that policy. We’ve already removed it and submitted the updated version for review last night.

I completely understand why these things look like red flags, and I agree they don’t create the best first impression. However, I can assure you that our customers’ websites are working perfectly fine. We often use our own website as a staging environment to test new features before rolling them out to everyone, which unfortunately caused the issues you noticed.

If you’d like to evaluate MultiLipi yourself, you can also start with our Free Plan, which includes 10,000 translation words, so you can test the platform completely risk-free before making a purchase.

If you have any other questions, I’d be happy to answer them.

There's still the same issue on your website. When I switch languages, after a second or two, almost everything disappears.

The behavior you’re seeing is due to how our own website is built using React and Next.js. We intentionally load certain elements dynamically, which is why you see content changing after the initial page load. This is specific to our website’s implementation and not an issue with the MultiLipi translation solution itself.
