This is an awesome niche-specific tool to put your mind in the game, create a game plan and stick to it.
Let's be honest, as business owners and marketers, it is easy to get distracted. Without a strategic direction or a consistent plan, we might be trying to do many things without a game plan.
This is where My Digital CMO comes into play - it helps provide a broader, logical and strategic view of your marketing activities.
Most importantly, I feel like this can be used to make a mind map and then share it with the team to make sure everyone is in the same page.

Pros:

- Intuitive
- Great limits
- The founder has really thought out everything in regards to creating a marketing strategy/plan in detail - the amount of thought process and detail that went into this tool has to be appreciated

Cons:
- UI/UX is a bit dated, however, it is fun and intuitive
- Difficult for non-marketers to understand, needs to have a walkthrough or gamification. I can imagine if I gave this to someone with no marketing knowledge, they'd be lost.
- Needs more documentation such as, what happens if I connect Google Analytics? Why should I? How should I etc

I think the product in general is seriously overlooked. I love how the entire process starts from defining the business to the audience then the strategies that result to sales or growth etc.
Moreover, if you could partner with educational organizations and show how marketing schools could benefit from it - it would be a game changer.
What would take it to another level is - you have company case study templates lets say HubSpot's or any other company's marketing strategy and you breakdown the entire thing. You get the idea - this way people can get a quick overview.
This tool can be taken in so many directions and as a person who loves marketing - I think this is an absolutely amazing educational tool.
