False positive alerts, no support and change of lifetime plan...
Initially, the monitoring worked well. Then, problems with false positive alerts arose. Subsequently, the monitoring ceased to function. Now, there is a notification that we need to provide credit card information to keep the monitoring operational. Additionally, the lifetime deal has been modified, no longer offering an unlimited number of domains. Do not initially present this. A peculiar way of conducting business. Also, no support received via email for the past 2 months...?
