Q: Update - "Update"
Please can you let us know whether the Chrome Extension and App need to be reinstalled, as they keep showing 'ERROR' when I try to use them?
Also, my plan says FREE, although I have 3 codes. Will this update... when the update is completed, and when is this???

They don’t know what they’re doing. From the start until now, it’s been nothing but bugs. I’m also on tier 3. Reinstalling the extension didn’t help, nor did the app. Today, logging in is impossible. It’s Mymemo—what do we expect from something we invest in when the founder doesn’t care? Data and money lost. Appsumo should step in and support sumolings.
Output is always in English, no matter if everything has been changed to another language... I’m telling you – the MyMemo team doesn’t know what they’re doing... this is also a persistent problem that keeps occurring whenever a bug fix is attempted. I would like to know when these teething problems will be resolved? And when will the extension as well as the app function properly again?
