I've noticed that different platforms mean different thing by warmup.

While some connect to a network of emails and start to send inbound and outbound emails over a couple of weeks to mimic human activity to improve account's credibility others simply start to send campaign but start with a smaller chunks first.

Which type of warmup you guys offer?
