Yes, Mystrika is an alternative to Instantly and Smartlead.
Yes, you can use Mystrika for only warmup (if you choose to do so). Mystrika will automatically exchange AI (human like) emails with other members within the warmup pool, move them out of spam (if they land in spam), respond to those emails, and then clean up warmup emails into a special directory/folder (after couple of hours).
