We'd run a workshop, a poll, a quick pulse-check across the team. The numbers would come up on screen, everyone would nod, and then the room would just... dissolve. Someone would say "let's follow up on this," and that follow-up would live in a calendar invite nobody sent, notes in a doc nobody opened again, a hiring decision made on vibes because the actual signal got lost between the meeting and Monday. I didn't think of this as a tooling gap at first. I thought it was just how meetings worked.
