Q: Hi, I tried doing a keyword cluster run 8 hours ago.
Credits were taken but I haven't received anything. Also tried to put in a support ticket but I keep getting a 403 forbidden error. Could I get some assistance with this?

Yeah I'm running into the problem again. Been 4 days since I tried clustering keywords, credits have been taken out of my account and nothing has been delivered and no response from support.
Martin_BroadhurstLikewise, I did two keyword clusters with 1000+ keywords. That was over 24 hours ago. I don't think the tool works.
