Q: How can you add PDFs in the query stage?
Does it have to be a URL? I don't see any way to manually upload documents.

You can upload PDF or plain text on the Content Designer level (information gain).
I understand you would like to have a PDF on the query level, so please add this to the roadmap proposals. Now, information gain is done with custom URL.
