1. Multiple Domains & Brands: Yes, you can definitely manage multiple brands within one account. The best way to do this is by creating different Departments for each brand. You can also invite additional Admins and limit their access to specific departments if you'd like to delegate management.

2. Outlook Usage: You can use Newoldstamp signatures with any of our plans. For all tiers, this involves a simple copy-paste into your Outlook settings.
Our Tier 4 (and above) includes a direct Outlook Integration. While not required to use the signatures, it allows you to centrally deploy signatures to your entire team at once and sync user data directly from Entra (Azure AD), which saves a lot of time as you scale.
