SebastianPhilippQ: I recently had some problems with email sytems of my client which blocked my mails because of the tracking feature of my CRM/Mail App.
And I asume that you risk that your mails land in the spamfolder of your recipients, if there are pictures embedded. What is your experience concerning these topics. Would also like to know what you sumolings think about this?

May 14, 2024A: Hi there! The images in our signatures are not embedded. They are stored on the server and are just links in the code. That doesn't overload the size of the email whatsoever.
As for tracking, we do not use any additional stuff. The analytics is transparent. Whenever someone opens your email, the email system downloads the image from our server which is counted as 1 view. The clicks analytics works as any other short link service works.
We have used all possible means to provide you with data without interfering into the process too much.
There is no additional software involved as well.
I already understood how it works. For me the question is not answered. Could you have another view on this: Are you sometimes facing problems concerning blocking by email servers or landing in the spam folder (because you embed pics) more often compared to plain text emails? A would appreciate if you could share your experiences, even this happened only a few times.
No problems with that as we DON'T embed images.
Sometimes, when you have tooo many links in the singature (more than 5-6) some email servers may trigger this as spam. But this still happens rarely.
