Q: Server-side email signatures

Does NewOldStamp currently offer true server-side email signatures for Microsoft 365 (via Exchange transport rules)?
We send many emails directly from within our CRM systems and support tools. These tools send via Microsoft Graph API or server-side methods, so the client-side Outlook Add-in isn’t triggered and the signature isn’t added automatically.
This is why we use Exclaimer now. If it’s not available yet — is server-side support planned for the future?
Thanks!

A: Hi AndreL, thanks for your question!

Yes, we do offer integration via transport rules, so the signature will be applied to the email directly on the server, if the email is sent from a specific email address (regardless of the email client and device). This integration is available starting from Tier 4.

Thanks for quick reply. I have a follow-up question. What happens if a user already has the Outlook Add-in / plug-in active and it automatically adds a signature client-side?
Will the server-side signature still be added (→ double signature) or does the rule skip/replace if a signature is already present?
Thanks!

If there is a plug-in for the signatures, unfortunately, the server-side integration can't override it, so it will result in a double signature. We recommend disabling the add-in in this case.
