I have been using custom HTML signatures for years now. Here are the approaches I tried:

- Hiring people to create a signature for me (time intensive and usually not working on all devices)
- Downloading a template and adapting it (tedious, you have to deal with HTML and changing the layout is a pain)
- using online signature creators (all I tried except NEWOLDSTAMP sucked)
- Creating one from scratch (yuk)

So after the very painful process of creating the right signature (most signatures I tried aren't responsive and break on mobile devices) comes the next task: installing it!

What's so hard about installing a signature in say ... Apple Mail, right? Ha!

Ridiculously enough Apple changes the way you can sneakily change your HTML signature with every frigging update. Don't ask me why. So installing a signature takes a couple of minutes at least after figuring out how to even do it in the first place.

This can sum up if you have dozens of signatures to install!

How does the process work with NEWOLDSTAMP?

1. Create your signature by choosing a template and filling out a few forms like Name, e-mail address etc.
2. Upload a banner and link it to the destination of your liking
3. Export your signature to the device of your liking (in my case Apple Mail), copy the HTML code and paste it into the signature field of your app
4. Enjoy 😎

I don't know how they do it, but you can just paste your signature into Apple Mail and it works. Sounds simple? Look at this tutorial how folks usually need to do it:

So why is NEWOLDSTAMP so great? Because it's SIMPLE.

Everybody in our organisation can now create and edit their signature, upload and link new banners.

No HTML, no FTP access, nothing! This is huge if you want to reduce the amount of dependency on your IT department for something as simple as changing your signature.

So if you value your time and want to get stuff done instead of dealing with e-mail signatures, you NEED to get NEWOLDSTAMP!
