CosmicanQ: Can Guests fill in the process in parts?
Can the guests complete my defined process in multiple iterations. Essentially, can they continue from where they left off to complete the process?
Here is my use case... I have more than 100 clients. They may wish to complete our long process over multiple instances. So, they may complete 30% of the process today, and probably wish to complete the rest tomorrow. Is that possible by having my clients as guests?
This way, I can use your system as an onboarding tool for my clients and prospects too.
BTW, I do not wish to offer team access or creator access to my clients.

May 10, 2026A: Hey there, yes, that is possible.
The way you would do it is:
1. Create your process.
2. In the first task, add an email input and make it required.
3. Assign the tasks inside the process to that email input.
For example:
- Task 1 is assigned to the email.
- Task 2 is assigned back to that email.
- Task 3 is also assigned back to that email, but the due date is two days from now.
You may set due dates so that you can easily prompt them to go back in and complete more of the process as they go. They'll receive notifications about the process because they're assigned, and if there are due dates, it'll all go through to the email so they can jump back in at any point as they go.
Also, when a process is running, if you need to get your client to do something halfway through, you can assign a task to an email address of your choosing to have them come back to the process.

Will the user be reminded by email that this process has started? Can the frequency be set❓

Yes they will receive an email when process is started if they are assigned a task in the process.
They will receive email notifications when a due date is also hit for a task

Could reminders be more frequent to prevent abandoned processes?
Could this reminder be repeated according to a schedule I specify? (e.g., the first one – 1 day after starting, then 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days...)
