1.The way guests work is that you can invite a guest, who is kind of like an anonymous user, unless you have input fields inside your tasks to capture information about them. We unfortunately can't capture who they are, and this is why we have team members as well. Guests are more for when you need people to fill something out, but you don't need to capture the specific information.

2. In terms of analytics, we provide data on when process tasks are completed, when overall processes are completed, and how fast your processes are completed. We also keep track of all the inputs that you collect on a process. For the AI, it is currently unlimited. We do have rate limits per day, which are very generous because the AI is only used sparingly, specifically for creating processes, and its use case is not that extensive

3. The AI is specifically for process creation. You can describe a process you'd like, or ask for help creating one. You can provide some business context, and it will create process tasks, sections, and inputs to help you get started more quickly.

While you're creating the process that you will keep running in the future, you can also create more sections and tasks, and add more detail to tasks by further prompting the AI to get more out of it. The AI doesn't help you run the tasks, though. This is just for process creation.

4. We don't have a bring your own key option at the moment, but in future, if we do extend the AI functionality, we would look to do that.
