Could you please help with these questions:
1)Could you confirm if we can use x1 license for more than one organisation or is it x1 license = x1 organisation?
2)From watching the video I presume I can use the publish url as a (responsive) iframe embed inside my existing portal? Are there any issues operationally from doing this.
3)Can we embed videos or mp4's in the training? Any restrictions here?
4)Are you considering having an Ai chat bot which can answer questions from the knowledge base and can be deployed on website?

1 AppSumo License per organisation
Yes you can do this with the iframe embed. There shouldn't be any issues on the NextStep side. Iframes and other portals can have their own quirks though
Video embeding is supporting but need to be hosted elsewhere like Youtube/Vimeo or most direct MP4 Hosting providers
At this stage we don't have plans for an Ai Chatbot
