Q: Projects and Collaborators
I have a couple of questions about next step.
1: Can we say Next Step is like a project management platform where I can put milestones, tasks, and subtasks to manage them for me and my team?
Two, can we add collaborators? If we can add them, what's the difference between them and team members regarding permissions and access? Also, can members Mark tasks as complete?
Thanks.
Is there a public roadmap?

1. Project management
NextStep isn't a traditional project management tool with milestones and subtasks â it's focused specifically on repeatable processes and checklists. Think of it as "here's how we do X" rather than "here's what we need to do for project Y." That said, it's something we may explore in the future.
2. Collaborators / Team members
You can invite team members under Settings. There are three roles:
Owner â Full access to everything (billing, branding, team management, all processes)
Admin â Same as owner except can't transfer ownership. Can manage team members, billing, branding, and webhooks.
Member â Can create processes, run processes, and mark tasks as complete. They can't access team settings, billing, or branding.
There's no separate "collaborator" concept â everyone is a team member with one of those roles. You can also share processes with external people via guest access (they don't need an account â they just get a link and can complete tasks).
3. Roadmap
Yes! You can view it at getnextstep.io/roadmap.

Where should I submit a feature requestâ
For example, I noted something like this while testing, which would be useful:
- Custom CNAME domain
- Dark mode
- Date translation on PDF printouts (they're not in the language I selected)
- Report - Missing data such as name/surname/email/time, data of completion
- Launch speed issue. You have to wait a few seconds after pressing the Start button. Which

Hey Jack,
CNAMEs and SMTP support coming later this month.
I've added Dark Mode to the backlog, to look into later this Q.
Thanks for letting me know about the other issues will have a look into!
