A: The 2000 lead credits are shared across all 12 users in Tier 5. Those credits apply only to leads found through Nexuscale’s discovery engine. However, you can upload unlimited leads manually, and that doesn’t use any credits.
User(s) refers to your human team members in the workspace. Agent refers to the autonomous AI sales agent that handles research, enrichment, and outreach.

A: Yes, you can connect a Microsoft Exchange email account as long as it supports open authorisation or SMTP and IMAP. You’ll just need to enter your server details and credentials during setup. If your Exchange is managed by Outlook 365, it should connect without issue.
Q: If we buy tier 2 3 or 4, does each agent receive their own allotment of leads per month? For example
Tier 3 has 15 agents so would our account receive 600 leads for each of the 15 agents or 600 total leads spread out amount however we choose for the 15 agents? Sorry, I'm still trying to figure out why the leads to be able to download is so low per month. Thank you

A: The lead credits are shared across the entire account, not per agent. So for Tier 3, your workspace gets 600 total leads per month, which you can use across any of your 15 agents however you choose.
Each agent doesn’t have its own separate allotment, they all pull from the same lead pool. You can still upload unlimited leads manually if you have your own data source, and that won’t use any...

A: Not yet, right now the AI handles initial outreach and replies based on preset logic. Full goal-based conversation handling is in development and coming soon.
