Unusable due to a poor database (+ hidden costs)

Havent been able to use it to any benefit at all since purchase. They promised updates would aid in the use of the program, quality of the database and option to use LinkedIn automation separate. Unfortunately none of them are true until now. I gave it 2 tacos, as the developers are working hard and i hope for a more useable program down the line, but for nwo its a complete waste of money.

The worst appsumo experience I've ever had! Zinc-Zebra-Zenith

How do I get this company to stop sending me fake emails? honestly.
they all have the phrase Zinc-Zebra-Zenith in them. What's strangest about Nexuscale's product is most of the companies on it appear to be real and It doesn't matter how many time ones I send them to spam or ban them.
I reached out to the CEO Kevin when he attempted to upsell his customers on $3 a month price for I believe 30 email addresses. He said he fixed it. That was a month ago. It continues. The ultimate downside of AI.
I wish I could give Nexuscale less than one taco.

Another Appsumo LTD Deal Gone Bad For Sumolings!!!

Two major issues have damaged my confidence in Nexuscale AI. First, my account was accidentally deleted by their team. This wasn't a user error; it was an internal issue that raises serious questions about how carefully customer data is handled. They then re-established my account, so I had to set everything up again. They did give me some one-time credits for my troubles.

Second, their recent decision to require customers to use their proprietary mailbox service for outreach effectively doubles our monthly costs. It feels less like a product improvement and more like a lock-in strategy, with little transparency or recourse for existing customers. There is no support for third-party mailboxes or mail senders other than Google or Microsoft. All others will no longer work after May 1, 2026.

I'm finding the deals on this platform less and less appealing. I wish I could refund this. I purchased it in November of 2025.

Awesome so far

We're getting into using this product and pushing our campaigns - we'll see about the response rates and our sales, but in terms of ease of getting leads and progressing these, Nexuscale is great.

We've also had amazing support - no matter what the question or issue, Kevin and the team have been on hand to answer and support our journey, and that's worth everything as we look to grow ourselves.

Can't wait to see more development as the product progresses

Oversold and No support

I feel I've been oversold to. Here are some reasons why:
1. Linkedin support: only for one account, no matter the plan you bought (I got top tier);
2. Linkedin automation is broken: forces a sequence start with an email, so no email - no linkedin use;
3. Linkedin automation is very poor: limited to sending a single linkedin message;
4. No bulk inbox import - so if you handle tens of them you're stuck importing them one by one;
5. NO SUPPORT: sent several messages in a 15 day period, not ONCE got a reply from them with some feedback.

Tbh, this does feel like a launch to get a few bucks in, not to get feedback and a community behind the tool. For that reason I'm doubting the longevity of the company/deal, and due to the above mentioned issues, specially #5, I'm refunding.

LinkedIn feature status
Our LinkedIn automation is under a month old and currently in beta. It’s intentionally limited while we harden stability and stay compliant. The constraints you mentioned (single account, single message, email-first flow) are known beta limitations, not the final product direction.

Product scope beyond LinkedIn
Nexuscale is not...
