You can filter how and when you went to sent out your surveys via trigger activation. This can be done by user, tags and many more. You can find more about this here: https://support.nicereply.com/article/256-trigger-settings

'You can set up a custom domain in survey settings. Head to Surveys (in the left navigation menu) and click on Settings of the survey you will use.'

An user/agent is anyone that has access to your Nicereply account. The number available relates to your account. If you have other companies that you'd like to use Nicereply with, you should try and create a separate account for each of them. However, you can invite, for example, 3 agents from 3 different companies and create different surveys for them....

While our interface is in English, our surveys are completely customizable, so you can manually set them up in any language of your choice.

Additionally, for NPS, we have predefined options for English, Czech, German, French, Spanish, Spanish (Argentina), Portuguese (Brazil), Indonesian, Japanese, Chinese and Slovak.

A: Hello 👋 We do not offer integration for Drift. However, if it's possible to edit an HTML code of your Drift templates you can use our surveys with it.
