Q: After struggling more than 1 hour I had to submit this question.
Purchased 5 codes. I followed the step and when I click redeem it says existing account and create a new workspace. I did that 2-3 times but it doesn't work at all. Really so annoying. Please note I have used my business email to create that account so I really want to use that, otherwise there no point of get register you know. Anyway hope you guys will hep me on this and also this might help others who don't have any idea that if you have existing account then you have to face weird problems to redeeming the codes.

May 15, 2024A: To expand on my last message, if you delete your trial workspace but fail to delete the user account (your email) alongside it, your email still exists in our system which can create issues when attempting to sign up for an LTD. The LTD is not available for current members of Nifty, and since that email is in our system, it recognizes it as currently existing.

As Shiv mentioned above, existing accounts cannot add a Lifetime code into them (and trial accounts count as existing accounts since they did not get created by use of a code). I've reached out to you on how we can work this out.
Yeah thanks for the quick solution. Anyway if anyone want to know how to solve this then just delete all workspace from workspace security and while you delete the last workspace mark your account delete as well. That's how you can able to create a new account using AppSumo codes.
