Hey aditya,
1. While all tasks must be part of a project, you can create your own personal project in a separate portfolio to keep your to-do's private.
2. You can leave personal notes in Direct Message to yourself; I'll use this commonly if I'm on a call or want to remember something for end of day.
3. New mobile apps are being released that should address this issue.
4. File management within projects is definitely coming.
5. You're purchasing a maximum seat count for a team through codes; you may change who occupies these seats at any given time :)
