Q: I'm getting lots of buffering when trying to play back 4k content — are you aware of this issue/limitation.
Also, the 'Contact Support' button in the app doesn't work, it takes me to a URL that doesn't redirect to my email client or a contact portal.

We are actually not aware of such a limitation. We have not experienced this ourselves or heard from other users that this problem exists. I would very much like to dig into it some more.

Regarding the contact support button - I agree, we are not handling that as well as we could.

I think it may have been my internet rather than anything specific to your platform tbh. I've been impressed by the visual quality of playback, so I suspect it's partly that your bitrate is higher (which is a good thing!) than other platforms streaming 4k footage.
