In the Discord channel we get promised a lot of features, but none of them are coming. It is not possible to manage a big number of leads. Simple features all CRMs have are missing. I really regret buying the highest tier. It is not useable at all and many people have the same opinion when you read through the posts in the Discord channel. I hope Appsumo will come up with a really good CRM one day or Ninjapipe really starts improving big time. Will of course change my review if they will.

Used their template to import contacts, many glitches. I have been waiting over 2 weeks now to hear from helpdesk, they took our money and run away?

It doesn't seem to me that this product has a clear Use Case. It lacks basic CRM/Pipeline functionality, specifically the ability to manage calling activity e.g. scheduling calls/tasks and follow ups and linking them to contacts and deals.
It would be better to get Deal Management sorted and worry about Automations, Quotes, Invoices etc later. That functionality is readily available in any decent financials/accounts package which any business would have

Im using it for my pharma company,
overall satisfied for the features it provides, can chat with client and team,
i like the feature that one can create custom team role,creating quotes and invoices in the app is awesome.

I’m still checking the crm, it looks promising and I do hope the development will continue to happen. The support is fast and amazing. Waiting to see the new languages coming out.
