A: At this time, we do not offer Price Variation testing that would meaningfully alter the price of a product managed by a CMS / Platform like Shopify.

But..... we are very interested in discussing your specific use case and how we could adopt it into our product roadmap. Drop us a message at support@nlytics.co

Q: Does Nlytics include a heatmap like on Hotjar?

I'm curious how much data your platform finds.
Do you have heatmaps like the ones on Hotjar (https://www.hotjar.com/heatmap-analytics/)?

Regards,

A: Our system does not reveal user details like company name, email, or LinkedIn of the user as the data is 100% anonymized. While we are very interested in providing business owners as much data as possible, we are also adamant about keeping user privacy standards.

Q: Tracking event for embedded for

Hey team,

I collect emails on my site through an Embedded form (From my crm). I have yet to find an event tracker that is able to track Conversions on this form because it’s an Embedded element.

Is this something nlytics Is able to track?

A: Hi Gabe,

Yours indeed seems like a unique use case. It will all depend on the specific nature of your site and setup. Browsers usually enforce strict permissions on IFrames to protect third-party content, but for your situation we might be able to find a workaround.

We'd love to provide a tailored solution through a one-on-one support call about your situation. If you're open to this, or feel more comfortable describing the details about your site over email, reach out to us at nlytics@nlytics.co.
