Can i build a ticket system together with my active pieces and chargebee enviroment that is able to create a 48hours link expiering connection out of the box? I need this for virtual tours.
A: Hi, We are more of a database and API generation tool. You can generate the APIs and integrate within your application (eg, react, bubble.io, flutterflow, etc) for the database part
Tiers: are Tier 3-5 “Pro”? Major differences (API limits, projects, backups, SLA, AI, SQL, custom domains)? Ans: Yes these are Pro and differences are in number of projects and team members. DB: which engine do you use? Do paid tiers provide raw DB credentials or only API access? Ans: We use MYSQL. Our tool deals with setting up a database and auto-generating APIs for the same. No other db...
This seems like a fantastic product that is rapidly evolving :) Is there anything that tier 5 has that tier 3 doesnt (are both of them the pro plan)? Do you support RLS or something similar to supabase edge functions? Is there a roadmap?
A: Hi, Differences are in number of projects, AI calls and team members. We use Secret Key to provide the row level security as MySQL doesn't natively support RLS
Hi, This means you can run your API DOCUMENTATION on your own custom domain. Very useful when you want to sell APIs but want to make sure the documentation runs on your custom domain.
Thanks for your question. We are very close to offer a legal DPA as a part of ongoing process to be GDPR compliant. Once we are there, we will notify everyone about the same.

Q: Hi — quick list of clarifying questions to help us decide:
Tiers: are Tier 3-5 “Pro”? Major differences (API limits, projects, backups, SLA, AI, SQL, custom domains)?
DB: which engine do you use? Do paid tiers provide raw DB credentials or only API access?
Security: do you support row-level security (or equivalent)? Roles/permissions per-record or per-tenant? Audit logs?
Logic & realtime: webhooks/triggers or serverless functions? Realtime subscriptions (WebSockets/SSE)?
Integrations: can it act as WordPress primary DB? Do you provide ORM/connection strings or SDKs (JS/Python/Flutter)?
Compliance: DPA/GDPR status and timeline? Data regions (can we pin to EU)? Backups/PITR?
Roadmap & support: public roadmap link? Support channels and SLAs?
Pricing: how do AppSumo tiers map to site plans? Difference vs “2 DBs for $5” (limits/features)?
Thanks!

Hi. Can you please elaborate what does it mean by custom domain in the case of NCB?
Hi,
This means you can run your API DOCUMENTATION on your own custom domain. Very useful when you want to sell APIs but want to make sure the documentation runs on your custom domain.
Q: Any plans for becoming gdpr compliant?
Why not offer a dpa to become gdpr compliant?
