Q: Why Not Just Use Supabase?
Hi
I currently use Supabase which is affordable, mature and stable.
I'm interested in your product for a future build.
1) Why would I use you compared to Supabase?
2) What are the core differences?
3) How much are the extra row addons? I might have missed this. e.g. what do another 250k records cost?

Supabase is a mature and excellent platform, so I wouldn't say everyone should switch. The main difference is value, simplicity, and control.
NoCodeBackend provides the core backend capabilities you need — database, APIs, authentication, RLS/security, storage integrations, webhooks, AI/MCP tooling, etc. — while keeping the experience much simpler and the limits very generous. And unlike Supabase's recurring usage-based pricing, our current AppSumo offer is lifetime access with a one-time payment.
For a small/medium business or indie developer, we believe NoCodeBackend offers significantly better value and a simpler experience.
Where Supabase currently has an advantage is enterprise maturity and compliance certifications. If you're a Fortune 500 company with strict enterprise compliance requirements, we'd honestly recommend Supabase today.
For everyone else, we'd definitely encourage you to compare the two — especially the actual ongoing cost and the developer experience.
For additional records, they're currently $29 per 5,000 records as a one-time purchase (subject to change in the future).
