I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Nocode-X.

Tristan, the founder, is incredibly sharp. You know when you talk to someone and can tell they justreally know their stuff? That’s him. He has a way of explaining complex technical concepts clearly while building something genuinely innovative in the no-code space.

The support has been solid. Tristan and the team are responsive and willing to help when you run into issues. What I appreciate most is their approach to problems—they make things right, whether that means refunding credits when something doesn’t work or staying up late to fix bugs. It’s good to see a team that takes accountability seriously.

For context, I don’t have a background in coding, app building, and automations, but I feel confident with using AI models to help with using this platform. If you’re considering it, I’d recommend watching some of the Campfire videos to get a sense of where they’re headed. It’ll give you a better idea of the vision and why this AppSumo deal is worth looking at.

The platform is growing, the team is committed, and there’s a lot of potential ahead. Very worth giving it a shot if you’re on the fence. No hesitation from me moving from Tier-3 to Tier-4 once I seen they were back!

It is rare to find an app builder that focuses on security-first. The founder seems to be really passionate with his project, and can relied upon when ask for help. However,

- the UI/UX is extremely unintuitive and the learning curve is super steep.
- one-off AI credits.

The only reason early adopters may take a longer time to adapt or maybe never is simply due to the unavailability of monthly recurring credit. Without this, i find it hard to see it taking off soon. Offering monthly credits (when it was first offered in AS) will allow early adopters to get used to the system and indirectly offer better feedback and influence new users to try. But this limitation causes them to 'wait-and-see' for any future revamp on the UI/UX, before using the only credits they have. People wont be using the one-off credits until they see some improvement on the UI.

Ok, no code x. I gave you 4 stars because it’s interesting at what it offers, security is above all, but your platform isn’t easy at all, this is not lovable I know, it’s not supposed to be a copy of lovable or vibe code. But I really wish it was easier to understand, even the rocket mode isn’t the best solution. I still hope to find time to try and lean it better, but yea it’s going to take some time for me, my suggestion- try to make an easy to understand ui ux . This is the first step in my opinion. Still I have faith you will succeed in making this easier to use , good luck

I’ve been using Nocode-X for a while now, and overall, it’s a solid platform—especially when it comes to building backends. The backend builder is really robust and feels more powerful than what you usually find in other no-code tools. That’s definitely a big plus if your project needs strong database and logic features.

On the flip side, I found the front-end builder isn’t as polished yet. Compared to some other no-code platforms, the design tools and flexibility on the front end still need improvement. It’s not as smooth or intuitive, and that can be a bit frustrating if you want your site or app to look just right without extra hassle.

That said, I appreciate how much effort the Nocode-X team puts into making the platform better. They’re very active and open with their community, which is a huge advantage. They regularly communicate on Discord and hold weekly webinars they call “Campfires,” where they share updates, talk about new features, fix issues, and answer questions from users. It’s clear they’re dedicated to addressing weaknesses and growing the platform in response to user feedback.

In summary, if you need a no-code tool with strong backend capabilities and don’t mind a front end that’s still evolving, Nocode-X is worth checking out. The team’s commitment to improvement gives me confidence it will keep getting better.
