Thanks for the detailed feedback!
We do plan to give each user control over their default preferences. Zoom level, canvas size, and grid spacing are all good candidates. We'll aim to include these improvements in upcoming versions.
As for automatically resizing nodes based on text: this one risks breaking the layout of existing maps, so if we add it, it will be disabled...
Nodeland looks great. But, in activating the account, I can’t find any onboarding videos or documentation. Do you have any?

We did have onboarding videos, but Google disabled our YouTube channel, along with every video on it, and to this day we still have no idea why. We're fighting to get it back.
In the meantime, our support page covers most of the basics: https://nodeland.io/help

A: Hi swsand, Yes, the API is working. The issue was caused by an incorrect production base URL in our interactive API docs, which made the “Try it out” request fail with a CORS/network error.
This has now been fixed. Please refresh the API docs page and try again:
According to your public roadmap, the last update was in Q3/2025. Q4 tasks are shown but not completed. Nothing in the first two quarters of 2026. Is NodeLand still under active development?
