Hi there - just wondering what the costs are if we need extra time limits/minutes in a given month rather than running out of time and waiting for the next month. Thx.

A: Hi Kristin,
Absolutely, if you run out of minutes, you can add extra capacity anytime.
An additional 200 minutes costs $12. You can buy it just for that month, set it up for future months as well, and you can purchase multiple 200-minute packs if needed.
How would we ascertain if this is legal to use? Probably not GDPR-compliant, and this would be possible illegal in the US state of Illinois, because of their biometric privacy law. Do you have a guide for legal compliance vs. privacy frameworks when using your software?
Where is the data stored, and do you sell or share it? How do we honor opt-out or opt-in requests through your software, for...

A: Hi sarah044, Thanks for the thoughtful questions.
Legality depends on the use case, jurisdiction, and how the tool is deployed. For GDPR we are compliant, customers need a proper notice/consent (our bot is visible also privacy policy) and there is always opt-out option, and a process for access/deletion requests. For stricter laws like Illinois BIPA we are compliant, electronic consent and we...
Q: I wanted to ask whether the platform could be adapted for YouTube
Instead of analysing sales calls, I’d like to upload recorded YouTube-style presentations (talking-to-camera content) and receive feedback on performance—specifically around how authentic, engaging, and dynamic the presenter comes across.
In this context, I’d be interested in insights such as:
Authenticity signals (e.g. congruence between facial expression, tone, and message)
Vocal delivery...

A: Hi John,
Potentially yes, but with an important note.
Today, Nonverbia evaluates communication on a presenter/audience basis and looks at the action-reaction dynamics between them. In the current setup, each category needs to have at least one person present.
That said, your use case is very interesting. A talking-to-camera YouTube presentation could still be valuable to test, especially for...
Q: Can i upload a video as well without Stella be in the meeting to get the analysis?
Hi, This seems like an amazing piece of software.
I have several questions:
1)Can I upload a video to Nonverbia for analysis, even if Stela is not in the meeting? Let's say we want to analyze a previously recorded sales call, a meeting, or someone else's sales call.
2) Is Hebrew supported?
3)Can you explain the projects per user a bit better- what is considered to be a project?
4) What...

A: Hi ShaharBI, first of all thank you for you kind words. To answer your questions: 1) Yes there is an option to upload video manually. 2) Yes Hebrew is supported as a recording language with pretty good (>10% to ≤20% WER) accuracy. 3) Project is something we use to distinguish between multiple recording sources that ingest data into Nonverbia. It is basically workspace usually for one user...
Hi there, Seems like a promising product; I was wondering the following: - When comparing Tier 1 vs Tier 2, "AI sales scores" and "Deal winning" are generic vs tailored. Could you further elaborate on that? Any examples? - Dutch language is supported? - What does tailored sales context mean? - What happens if you meet the monthly minutes limit (eg. 300 min in Tier 1)? - Do I have to actively...

A: Hi justgligor, thanks for the great questions.
- Tier 1 gives generic out-of-the-box sales scores and next steps. Tier 2+ lets you tailor them to your own process, you provide the context. - Yes, Dutch is supported. - Tailored sales context means Stella can evaluate calls based on your own workflow, terminology, and priorities. - Once monthly minutes are used, Stella will stop analyzing new...
Hi David, Thanks for the prompt response. 1.Do I understand correctly that Stella will be visually present in the meeting for other attendees? 2. You mentioned 32 participants.. But I assume that is 32 separate people with separate Teams accounts right? So it cannot handle let's say a team of 4 people using 1 Teams account with 1 camera/mic? When is that expected to be added?3.Any ETA on webhooks?
Hi justgligor, yes - Stella is visible in the meeting.
And you are right: if 4 people join through 1 Teams account with 1 camera/mic, Stella sees that as one input first. You separate manually, but separate joins give the best accuracy.
Webhook ETA is next week.
We do not have a public roadmap, but webhooks come first, then improvements on platform, we ask the feedback from users and then build

Sounds like a plan, where do you want me to send the video or would a Youtube link work?

Not Sure I am not running to trouble with AppSumo policy, but please save it on Google Drive and share on the email [email protected].
