Q: Why have you removed AI summaries from a Tier 3 purchaser?
The ability to ask for insights on a particular meeting beyond your base meeting summaries used to be a game changer, but now I cannot ask anything about the meeting? There are no insights other that what is fed to us with your useless templates.
Why Noota NEVER inform to the people who supported them from the beginning about the IMPORTANT changes they did to the software. Unbelievable! You send emails to them asking why they eliminated essential features, and they entirely ignore you. It is very frustrate to buy a software, and they change the most basic features for which you bought the software, and all that without ANY explanation at all. I COMPLETELY LOST ALL THE RESPECT FOR NOOTA, ALEXANDRE AND ALL PEOPLE RELATED TO NOOTA :-(
The worse part was... they did all these changes without any explanation to nobody. Completely disregard :-( Very ugly and disrespectful!!! Truth MUST be the number one rule of any serious / honest business.
Noota did what's needed to stay in business, unfortunately, that meant to eliminate a feature you bought software for. However, look at what they accomplished up until now, there must be some new feature you can find useful to you or your business.
As mentioned in deal terms, tiers 1 and 2 map to Pro and tiers 3 and 4 map to Business. Don't all these plans have workspaces according to its standard pricing plan? Just that only tiers 3 and 4 have additional team members.
