Why Noota NEVER inform to the people who supported them from the beginning about the IMPORTANT changes they did to the software. Unbelievable! You send emails to them asking why they eliminated essential features, and they entirely ignore you. It is very frustrate to buy a software, and they change the most basic features for which you bought the software, and all that without ANY explanation at all. Could you make a new AppSumo plan please ?
So I have the top tier plan and it only allows 5 users. I am told we would need to buy a new license to add more users? That kills the idea of being able to access of my teams recordings under 1 account. Also this deal is over with so how am I expected to get a new account?
