You send emails to them asking why they eliminated essential features, and they entirely ignore you. Could you make a new AppSumo plan please ?
So I have the top tier plan and it only allows 5 users. I am told we would need to buy a new license to add more users? That kills the idea of being able to access of my teams recordings under 1 account. Also this deal is over with so how am I expected to get a new account?
