Q: Having major problems with your real-time transcription feature -- mainly that it doesn't work.
When will you have the client download version of this app ready? Contacted your support and they told me it is fixed, then I try again, and it failed again. I have lost four meetings because of this software.

The extension is a new tool, so there are still things to improve. However, the latest version works perfectly well with the headphones. You have to look at the configuration that caused this malfunction.
