Q: Hello, I am a bit confused with your 5 hour limitation in Tier one.
It looks like on the website you offer 5 hours of transcription service for a free plan. Am I missing something?

That's correct. We have a free version of 5h per month on Noota. However, you can't upload or download any file. The free plan is quite limited.
With tiers one you have 5 hours per month, for life, and you can record, upload, download every recording you add on the platform.
You also have a Generic summary for each of them.
