Thank you for these great questions !\u000a\u000aHappyscribe is indeed a great software. We basically do what they do (transcription, subtitling) and we try go add more real time, screen recording on one side and also AI analysis to the transcript (auto tag, custom report...)\u000a\u000aWe use a mix of solution of tiers entity and our own tools to improve quality of transcription which brings us toward often.\u000a\u000aRecordings are stored forever until you delete them\u000a\u000aYou can directly import video from youtube by copy/paste URL of the video\u000a\u000aThe mobile app can indeed do everything the desktop app is doing :)\u000a\u000aHope this helps
