I think this is an incredible deal with an excellent team behind it. Alexandre is very down-to-earth and receptive to feedback. Noota is a French company with its main customer base being researchers and academics using the tool for transcribing their meetings. I already have a transcription tool that I use for all of my other meetings. Here's what I thought of Noota:

Features:
- Transcribe videos that you upload or import from YouTube/Website URLs
- Real-Time Transcription (RTT)
- Subtitle Editor to edit the style of the subtitles on the video and then render it
- Trim and edit the grouping of the subtitles on the videos (i.e. which sentences are displayed together on the video)
- Pause the recording and then continue at a later point in time
- Add a screenshot of your screen to the transcription
- Comment on the transcription and you can add additional information about the presenters and you can have your own custom fields as well (Date, Name, Sex, Location, Etc.)
- Add custom fields to your transcription
- Revoke access to the transcription if you shared it with the public
- Subtitle Export (.vtt, .srt, .csv, .txt)
- Transcript Export (.pdf, .docx, .html, .txt)
- Export Options (Send .docx by email, export with timestamps, export highlighted areas)
- Folders and sub-folders to organize your files
- Filler word filter to remove filler words from the transcription (um, uh, ah, etc.)
- Profanity/Rudeness Filter that can filter out words for rudeness
- Supports Transcription for 70+ languages

Cons:
- (Temporary) No integration with Zoom, Meets, or Teams. The workaround is that you can upload the recordings or screen record your meetings using their extension. This was also mentioned to be a part of their next release so they work fast and listen to feedback fast.
- (Temporary) UI is a little more complicated to navigate and is a little odd to use at times but I’ve given a lot of feedback to the team and they’ll be simplifying and decluttering the workspace
- (Temporary) No Desktop App. The team is working on this for the next release
- (Temporary) Missing collaboration features such as inviting team members and handling user access management and user permissions. They’ve mentioned this is also in the works
- (Temporary) No workspaces. This will most likely be released around the same time with the teams and collaboration features but the workaround is to use Folders and Sub-Folders for the time-being
- (Temporary) No iOS App. This is being developed and will be released in the future
- (Temporary) Report Generator does not work for now but it's also in the development pipeline
- Can’t highlight and tag while recording or as you go in your meeting
- No Calendar Integrations for Noota to automatically join and record your meetings

Overall, I'm a happy buyer. I'll be keeping the tool. If you're using it for English transcriptions, it's great and does the job well! If you're using it for super niche languages, it'll get better over time.
