Tier 3's Infinite Paradox: Where the Unlimited Meets Its Limit
Before purchasing Tier 3, I made sure it was unlimited, but what truly convinced me was the information consistently displayed every time I use the website, represented by an infinity symbol. On multiple occasions, it indicates that there's no limit. However, today, I was surprised to receive a notification stating: "You have reached the monthly limit of the AppSumo Tier 3 plan. Please contact our sales team. Your limits will be reset in the next billing period."
I am currently awaiting a response from the team.
If you've read up to this point, I must point out that, for now, this paints Noota in a less favorable light. Yet, I find solace in AppSumo's refund policy. I'm keen to see how this issue unfolds. While I feel reassured, I truly wish to understand why I received that message.
