Hi! I've downloaded this app a year ago and I was going to start using it now but I can't see any of the proposal templates. All I see are contract templates. How do I get the version that I see on youtube? It includes features that I do not have.

I am concerned about Notch, as I haven't seen any updates since the end of 2024. There are no changelogs, newsletters, or signs of activity. Could you please inform me whether you are still actively working on Notch or if the project has been discontinued? I very much appreciate Notch as a unique and great tool and would like to continue using it for my contracts.
Additionally, I have not received any support responses. I would appreciate a quick reply.
I also noticed that at the end of 2024 you mentioned Notch 2.0 and ongoing development. Since then, there have been no current updates. Could you please share the current status and all available information about Notch 2.0?
I've been asking and also waiting for any progress that they are making. It doesn't seem like they are working on it anymore or at least seems interested to build any community of sorts for this product. It's likely that this will be one of my 'regretted purchase'. :( I have moved to other solutions for contracts rather than depend on what seems to be a sinking ship 'product'. It's a shame..

Several users, including myself, have noticed a lack of updates and support over the past six months, along with unresolved critical issues like password resets and promised features that have yet to be implemented.
Given these concerns, is the project currently active, or has it been abandoned?
I wrote a message via the form and also sent an email to support@notch.so, but I never received a response. I would like to change my login email, but this is not possible without any support.

I've been waiting on a response from support for the past 6 months regarding several critical issues. This is not a "rethinking of a few internal processes and structures" - this is an abandonment of your customer base.

Q: It's been over six months since you announced the launch of the new version and we are still waiting
Users wouldn't be surprised if you announced a shutdown, as the cost of your infrastructure is high and unsustainable without reliable MRR.
