Q: Any way to do an NDA esig before showing the proposal and then another sig to sign off on proposal and also a ...

CTA that then sends them something like a confirmation or invoice? I am looking for something like this but with sequential steps that don't allow you to do the next step unless you take the proper action like fill out a form, sign, answer questions, get an automated-generated deck (maybe select from some options based on product preferences) and then they sign off and request to see the contract which would be like the next step anyway and then have different pay options, card, wire, etc. Is something like this possible? Good ideas anwyay maybe. Thanks

A: Hi Mike,

thanks for your feedback! I hope I understood your case correctly. Here is how you can build this in Notch:

- You can create one page with an NDA to be signed by your clients.
- At the same time you can have a proposal as a page in the space which is not visible to clients yet.
- After signing a document (for both, NDA and proposal), a confirmation is sent out via email with a PDF is generated for you and your clients.
- Now you could make the second page with the proposal visible for your client.

We are working on having multiple options in the pricing in the next days and will add it to the app as soon as possible. In the next weeks different forms, integrated payment with different payment method options etc. will be added! This has been highly requested by our users and will follow very soon.

Great insights about the sequential steps! We will look into that and work out ways to facilitate processes under conditional logic.

Yes, Thomas. You understood correctly. Sequential steps would be a very unique process. Too many times, there's too much info, all good but the simpler the better for the client or potential one. Doing the NDA, then looking at the proposal to then take action and sign off would be great. I have another question. Can you import data from a google sheet and combine this with Chat-GPT/OpenAI and others to get copy, images and video to help create the proposal and placed in a way that makes sense, like form a google form? Sorry for the complicated question, but, that is something I am looking at doing. Thanks. You're welcome!

Awesome ideas, thanks for sharing them! Import data from google sheets sounds good, I will add it into our planning in the team. Notch AI is something we are looking into as well to create copy and write great proposals. We prioritized other features higher right now for automating the process and having improved templates, but it is coming in the future!
