Q: Checklist Changed?
I'm not 100% sure as I'm testing Notch on and off. Is the checklist function changed recently?
I remember being able to go in depth into the checklist like a checklist within a checklist sort of function.
Is that something else or it has been removed?
My use case is for when client signed the proposal, there will be another [New Page] that I provide an overview of the project progress. In there, the checklist are editable without having to disrupt the signing unlocking process which causes everyone to sign all over again. Thats my current workflow.

Edited Oct 9, 2024A: This is a great question gogrowasia and very well written, easy to understand with the use case description!
Is this what you referring to?: https://app.notch.so/Cecklist-forgogrowasia-e2ccd3ff-f8ed-4386-b5d3-1ee6c70b10d0?lang=en_default
You can have tasks and checkboxes to show progress and next steps to your clients. Checkboxe are are more minimal way to do so. Tasks allow you to add details and descriptions to each task.
Regarding editing after signature, this feature will come back soon as an option. You can then decide do you prefer that the whole document is blocked after signature set (because you may prefer to fix the status quo during signing) OR do you want to continue collaborate in another page in the same document
Hope this answers your question?
Thanks!
Waiting for that feature too! Sometimes my clients sign a document and then need to upload their documents, which currently they can't do, because the whole space is locked.

Hey Viktor! First of, Thanks for your prompt responses as always and for sharing that example. World class support. :)
And Yes, I was referring to the example. So it will be under Task, I will have to try that out again. I might have an issue previously with it as it was blank when i entered /task. But I'll try and let you know again.

Ideally, the Signed page will be locked, unless determined by the sender and all parties will then have to resign again to be fair. The other pages (if used) can then be use for updates, progress, file integrations (Google Drive) or any project deliverables.
It's what makes Notch attractive to me. haha streamlining
