Definition of users / Zapier/webhook intergrations ETA

Question

Hi Viktor, \u000a\u000aCan I clarify if \u0027users\u0027 are just team mates or count as clients you send the documents to?  If clients aren\u0027t users \u002D are there any limits on how many people we can send documents to for signature per tier?\u000a\u000aDo you have an ETA on either Zapier or webhooks?  I need to be able to get lead info in and out of Notch automatically.\u000a\u000aThanks, \u000a\u000a\u000aMatt

Users refer to team members you invite to collaborate within your account. Clients you send documents to for signatures do not count as \u0022users,\u0022 so there’s no limit on how many clients you can send documents to for signature, regardless of your tier.\u000a\u000aAs for Zapier or webhooks, we don’t have an exact ETA yet, but they’re high on our roadmap, and we’re working towards making these integrations available as soon as possible to help automate the process of getting lead info in and out of Notch.

Zapier, Make.com, n8n.io, and webhooks, all would be great to have, but if you started with webhooks, then you could already use all 3 of those platforms without an official integration (which could follow afterwards).
