Q: email, subdomain, and waivers
Looks like a nice took.
Q1 - What tier do I need to cName this to a subdomain? Or does it run off your servers?
Q2 - Can I use this tool to gather signatures on liability waivers for my summer camp? Can it be used for any document you want to have a signature?
Q3- How many input fields can I add to a form? Are there any limits to the type (text box, check box, email, address, etc). Are all input fields required or can I set some as optional?
Q4-Can I set it up so I get a system email when the form is completed? Is there an auto response email I can set up?
Looks very useful to our company.

Sep 29, 2024A: Thanks for the kind words! 😊 Here’s a quick breakdown of answers:
Q1: You need at least Tier 3 to set up a CNAME for a subdomain. It still runs on our servers, but the custom domain will show as your own.
Q2: Yes, you can use Notch to gather signatures on liability waivers or any other document. It’s flexible for all types of documents that require a signature.
Q3: Currently, we don’t support form input fields like text boxes or checkboxes, but this is something we’re looking into for future updates.
Q4: You’ll receive notifications when a recipient signs the document, so you’re always up-to-date on its status. Auto-response emails aren’t available yet, but it’s something we’re exploring for future updates.
Thank you for the note back so quickly. Impressive to see such a quick response. I run programs for kids and need liability waivers signed, with ability to get a pdf of that document signed (for archive). Notch will do this. Great. I also need the ability to collect Medical disclaimer information as well as Parent Preferences for food allergies and special needs
Input fields are a must. Every other contract management tool has it, even the most basic ones (like Breeze, which is a solid tool for the price tbh).
