Q: How can I contact the support?
I wrote a message via the form and also sent an email to support@notch.so, but I never received a response. I would like to change my login email, but this is not possible without any support.

Hey TimDe, thanks for letting me know. I think you really need to improve on that since we feel otherwise abonded. Doesn't matter whether Appsumo buyer or a monthly subscriber.
I've been waiting on a response from support for the past 6 months regarding several critical issues. This is not a "rethinking of a few internal processes and structures" - this is an abandonment of your customer base.
