Hi again, I'm now trying out the product and very impressed overall.

I have some follow-up questions about Tier 3 & Tier 4.

Inside Notch is says Tier 3 includes Hubspot, Slack and Salesforce. Tier 4 includes future integrations. Does that mean Zapier will only be included in Tier 4? What other integrations are planned and only going to be available to Tier 4?

Can you also please also confirm that a "user" is a team member? i.e not all users of the platform, so my clients wouldn't count as a "user" in this context?
