Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Unlike DocuSign, our focus is on an own editor for creating documents rather than just uploading files. That said, we understand the need for flexibility and are working on launching a Converter that will allow you to upload any kind of document and seamlessly convert it into a Notch document for easier editing and signing. We appreciate your input and will take this into account as we refine the product.
