It's a great PandaDoc replacement, let's see where it goes!

I really like Notch and I'm glad they've implemented a proper contract system. The contracting space seems overpriced, so it's great to see a newcomer disrupting it.

I mainly bought it for the proposals side of things, so I can send templates to clients without having to recreate a document every time. I hope they don't lose focus and only concentrate on contracts. I think one of the main selling points is the flexibility of the proposals, as compared to PandaDoc, which makes it look too much like a PDF. I believe Notch is more flexible and easier to use, like Notion.

I have a few suggestions for improving the system in the future.

- First, it's important to have a proper audit trail for contracts, similar to what DocuSign offers. I think the current one is lacklustre and doesn't fill me with as much confidence as a DocuSign would.

- Additionally, the option to reopen a contract should not exist, as every other contract system does. Once both parties have signed, the option to edit the contract should be disabled to prevent accidental changes that could invalidate the signatures. If changes are necessary, users should be able to create a duplicate contract for resigning or create another one. As I think it could create loopholes if people end up knowing you can just reopen a contract and it's then invalid. Employees make mistakes and I can see this happening. If it happens whilst you are in the middle of a project, this could create a huge liability for companies, if say a client refuses to re-sign if it's not in their best interest to do so, you're back to square one.

- Also signing a contract should not lock the whole space up. For those offering multiple services, it may not be practical to recreate multiple spaces just for the sake of one contract. It would be more useful to have one proposal "room or workspace" with the ability to add multiple contract pages for different services and when the client signs the contract it only locks up that page, not the whole workspace if that makes sense.

Also as I said in the beginning the amazing thing about notch is the proposal pages, to send to clients. I hope they continue to improve and grow in this area so I can send even more beautiful proposals. As I work in the creative space :)

Excited to see where this goes and thank you for creating this amazing product! All the best of luck in the future and I hope the feedback helps!
