Confused About "Unlimited Sites" and "Focus Pages" Limit

I’m confused by the information on your app. For the 3\u002Dcode package and above, it says that it supports unlimited sites, but there is a limitation of 100 focus pages per account. What does that mean? Does this mean it’s not really unlimited sites due to this restriction?
