I have purchased the deal. Now here, you mentioned that, as an appsumo customer, we can download a new pack again after each month. But how can we download them after 60 days, since appsumo allows downloading the content only for 60 days?
On your website, we saw that you will email your customers a zip file. Can you please confirm the same again?

I think that you should always be able to access the latest version of any product you purchase in your account (via your account overview > products). Have you tried reaching out directly to AppSumo for clarification?
The zip files I release each month are identical on my website and here on AppSumo :)

Hi,
I am customer of Appsumo since long. I know that the access to their products after purchase is available only till 60 days (i.e redemption).
So after 60 days, these resources cannot be downloaded again from appsumo site, unless we make another purchase.
The best alternative could be that you will have to email us, the aposumo customers, the zip file monthly (you have our details, after sale), just like you do to your regular website customers
Please confirm that you will do the needful as per the terms of sale.

In your AppSumo account, you will now find a downloadable PDF that includes all the instructions for accessing the Notioly collection via Gumroad. Once you download the product via Gumroad, you will also have access to all the monthly updates - forever :)

Hello,
There are no pdf files in my appsumo account. Generally, whenever any customer purchases appsumo products, then there will be an invoice in the dashboard. This doesn't include any other pdf file.
I checked it thoroughly & could not find any such file.
Please get clear instructions from Appsumo & revert back here. Else you have an alternative to sending updates files from your side on monthly basis to my email ID professionalcourses@actsol.in through which the purchase is made.

You should be able to download the PDF from account overview > products > then Notioly. Basically, we replaced the downloadable package of illustrations with a PDF.

Thank you for the response. I am an Appsumo Plus customer for one year. I know the process. From the Account Overview, Products, and Notioly flow which you have mentioned, we can go just to the product & then go to product. Then on clicking it, we go to download the product, which currently does not have any pdf downloadable.
