I currently only use the free Notion Services. Do I need to upgrade in order to use these templates? I am new to all of this :)

A: Once the template is downloaded, you will be able to use functionalities offline. Notion explains the full capabilities of their offline mode here: https://www.notion.com/help/guides/working-offline-in-notion-everything-you-need-to-know
You can download notion to access it offline or you can use the web-based version. This just gets added as a template and added to your notion account.
I am new to Notion and cannot access the app. I followed the redemption steps to download the product, but it led to a free page without any option to redeem my purchase. How can I switch from a free account?
